How to Sponsor a South LA Scholar

The Opportunity

The RNSLA Scholarship Program runs on two things: member dues and community support. If you are a business owner, a family office, or someone who has had a good year and wants to put some of it back into the neighborhood — there are several ways to partner with us and put your dollars directly into the hands of South LA students.

Every sponsorship path leads to the same outcome: a student walking across a stage with less debt, more support, and a community standing behind them. Here is how each option works.

Ways to Give

Individual giving is the simplest path. Every dollar donated goes directly into the scholarship pool — one-time gifts, recurring monthly contributions, and commemorative donations in honor of someone are all welcome and all tax-deductible.

Named scholarships are available for gifts of a certain threshold. We will name a scholarship in honor of a person, family, or business of your choice and recognize you at the annual gala, on our website, and in every communication about that award.

Corporate partnerships pair brand visibility across our events and channels with direct funding of the scholarship program. Packages scale from community-level support to presenting partnerships for the Gala and Golf Classic.

Matching gifts are one of the easiest ways to double your impact. Many employers will match donations dollar for dollar — ask your HR department and let us know so we can coordinate.
